Computer might be broken

So ever since i built this computer, I've had some problems with it, but right now it spazing out really bad. It started with me not being able to log in to windows. The computer acting as if it had the mine of its own. It started with my steam started to play music and i couldn't pause it. Now my computer starting acting up and started to boot really really slow. When i get to the login screen, it just spazes out and i can't login. i unplug the key board and mouse and it still does the same thing. please help
