What would be a good, upgradable gaming pc that is around 700-900 dollars, including a razer blackwidow ultimate/chroma and razer taipan mouse, case fans, and Windows 8.1.

I would like a 1tb hdd+ssd for os, An nvidia graphics card, and an nzxt Phantom 410. You don't have to include these, but it would be nice to have.

You're talking 600 or less for the build then... the mouse, os, and keyboard are gonna be 300 alone.

The projects never end in my line of work.

about 150 about your price range. it includes a very upgradable motherboard, 1 ram stick for upgrade ability to 32 easier than a 2x4, an arguable 960, due to current 970 issues and NVIDIA limitation, some breathing room or upgradable power supply. I guarentee someone else will have a build with a 970 and 4690k, but probably doesn't have a 250 GB SSD, all your peripherals, and a z97. yes the cpu does blow, but i can't recommend a 6300, and didnt want to get a cheapo i5.

This is personally what I would do if restrained to that budget with those specs.

Z97 board so if you upgrade to a unlocked cpu you can overclock. Also support for SLI with a high enough power supply for most cards. SSD and HDD included. I also tried to match a color scheme across all the parts (blue/black).

If you really must have nvidia go for a 980 and spend $200 more, because the 970 is having issues that may or may not be fix able by drivers

Is it easily upgraded, if so, this is perfect. The nvidia graphics card is for some of its exclusive features, such as shadow play. But to be honest , now that I think about it, I'll just pay the $27 for fraps. Plus, I am a bit of an nvidia fanboy :P

The PC you posted

ohh yes i guess you could get 2 more 4 Gb moduals later if you need 16 Gb or replace both sticks and get 4 8Gb sticks to get the max of 32, and you can always get new Gpus. I really just picked the best price to performance stuff that was on pricepicker at the moment... I guess there are i7s too.
