I got a 2x4 kit of Nanya Technology Ram and want to overclock it, here is its specs.

I currently have it running at 1400mhz with cas still at 9. 

 

Is it safe to go more or is this dangerous for this RAM since its not name brand?

Its Dells OEM, they also make ram for GPU's. its rated for 1333

If that's so, I don't think you'll see much performance increase out of that kit by pushing it above 1,400mhz. Perhaps consider buying a faster kit at a later date if the speed does matter to you.
