Got this motherboard a while ago and its just been sitting. I took a look and it the other day and saw that one of the pins looked weird. It doesn't look like it's bent maybe just dirty. Will this cause me problems or should i not worry about it?

The top of the pin is still inline with the rest of the other pins so it looks like it just may have some dirt on it, I would leave it alone as long as it works, if you really must clean it be extremely careful with some isopropyl alcohol and maybe something like a Q-tip or even smaller possibly like a toothpick.

I don't know if it works i don't have a processor right not. is it possible that it might damage the processor or will it just not boot?

If the pin is bent yes since it may make conact with another pad on the CPU but from the looks of it it's still in the correct position and not skewed just dis-colored so the likelyhood of it damaging anything is fairly low. My best guess is it's just surface contamination since gold doesn't tarnish, but what I would do is seat the CPU and then take it back out to make sure the pin is good and stays in place where it's suppose to be before seating it.
