Hi , this is my taskmanager

can you guys tell me whats wrong with this , and how to fix it ? 

When i use CPUID HWMONITOR to see the CPU temp, its jump between 35 - 50 degrees very quickly

one second its on 36 , the next is on 50 , and then repeat

but when i end task, the CPU temp is at 36 - 39 degrees

Step 1:


 


To disable the Windows Error Reporting tool, perform the steps discussed below:


  1. Press Win+R to open the Run dialog box.
  2. Type control and press Enter to open the Control Panel Window.     
  3. In the Control Panel window, double click System and Maintenance.
  4. Click Problem Reports and Solutions to open its corresponding window.
  5. Click Change Settings that is listed in the left panel.
  6. Click Advance Settings.
  7. Click Off to disable Windows Error Reporting.

Step 2:


 


Disable the Windows Error Reporting service – To do this, perform the following steps:


  1. Press Win+R to open the Run dialog box.
  2. Type services.msc and press Enter to open the Services Window.
  3. Locate and double-click Windows Error Reporting.
  4. Select Disabled in the Startup type drop-down menu under the General tab. 
  5. Click Apply and then click OK.     

You should probably check and see if the same thing happens in safe mode.


Scan for malware & check your startup programs/services.

Yup looks similar. You shouldn't have to kill this process, something is wrong which can take a while figuring out.

Woops , already kill the process and disabled it , is it okay ? 

 

I think this reporting error comes after i install the UPS software 15 minutes ago, 

when i install the UPS software i think for a second there that it crashed.

maybe thats the problem ?

but now i already uninstall the UPS software
