is that the best one? is the steelseries apex considered chiclet?

the reason for this is becuase i need it to be quiet and also i like the way they feel i had one nice mechanical keyboard and returned it 5 days later i hated it idk just not for me

I don't recommend that Deathstalker, even if it is the only chiclet keyboard out there. Razer is garbage.

 

Get a Steelseries Apex M800. It's Steelseries's new mechanical keyboard. It actually looks rather nice in my opinion. It's low profile and it's linear. Pretty neat if you ask me.

Get a Steelseries Apex M800. It's Steelseries's new mechanical keyboard. It actually looks rather nice in my opinion. It's low profile and it's linear. Pretty neat if you ask me.

i have the apex atm i just got it 20min ago idk if i like it or not its not like the mac ones on my laptop i love them so much to bad they dont have backlight versions of these

I don't like the normal Apex. It feels clunky and the keycaps are horribly uncomfortable in my opinion.

I personally love the chiclets on my MacBook as well, but I think when it comes to ergonomics and when you have space another keyboard is much better. The Apex M800 is low profile, but has switches that are supposed to feel somewhat in between Cherry MX reds and Cherry MX blacks (linear depress). The keycaps are also more shallow than other keyboards, which you may also like.

 

But if you absolutely must have a chiclet keyboard, that Deathstalker is just about your best bet unfortunately.
