Cant detect

I just bought my 4tb sea gate external and my computer cant detect it I already did the things like going to my computer and going to disk management and my pc could still not detect it I try to DL drivers in their website 

 

I tried to plug it in my laptop and it works i dont know what to do to make this thing work plsss help 

 

Im using msi g45 motherboard all my usb ports are fine my external is the only thing that could not work

Is the Sata cable and power plugged in?

Yeah everything is plug in I go back to where i bought this thing and the their pc can detect it

Try plugging it into another usb port. Or trying plugging another device into that usb port to check if it is faulty.

I tried the ports where i plug my external all of them are working fine do you think im missing a driver for my motherboard?

all the ports are fine even my pc can detect my ipod
