I'd also go with a HyperX Clouds (or more ideally) ATH-M20x + AntLion ModMic 4.0 instead of the Krakens. 
I'd also go for an EVGA G2 850w psu if you'd consider picking up a second 290x.

M-atx wont look good in a ATX case, And it also gives more expansion for another GPU for example.
