kinzu v2 feets

 i have the kinzu v2 and today i just however scratched the mouse feet with my fingernail very seriously (i think)

for example when i am moving my finger (not the fingernail again of course) i feel the scratch and see it well so it is deep enough to feel it. 

I think without knowlage about this thing that this is bad but is it that bad ? 

is there something that i can do to remove it and not by replacing the feet ? (because its a 25 bucks mouse in ebay and new feets are around 6 and maybe i sould get a new mouse around the 25 bucks, sure only if it becomes really worse)
