Programs for logging RAM usage

I want to know if there is some program that logs how much RAM a specific application are using,
The Resource monitor doesnt really cut it when i want to know Highest, Average and Lowest RAM usage for a specific application.

I saw it while searching for programs,

That one doesnt seem to have the functions i search for, It looks like it only shows the highest, average and lowest from all programs.
