Hey, I run a stream on Twitch and i'm looking for a way to livestream other peoples game play (not in the same building) to my computer with minimal lag. If anyone know any servers or software please let me know

In a word 'YES' 

But it needs too be good quality and min lag (e.g. 1-3 seconds) , and added into a software like Wirecast or XSplit as a source.

Umm... that would be difficult. Are they Twitch streaming? If so, make the browser window with their stream a source in (I recommend OBS) and overlay it onto yours.

I'll pass on whole "restreaming is against Twitch rules" thing and just think you mean something else. Spectating in MP games is the only proper way to do this.
