That PSU is more than overkill and you might want to look at some of the AMD GPUs; prices have dropped recently and you might be able get something like a 280x for that price.

I think the powersuppy is a bit of an overkill at 1000w. A 750W PSU could power your current set up just fine. Unless your planning on doing some heavy overclocking?
