help driver installing problem!

Ive been trying to install the driver for my gtx 860m for about 2 weeks and it still wont download properly. brother has same problem different pc, same card. it all works fine until it brings me to GeForce experience, then it does a system check and cant find the card. any one know how to fix this problem?
