compatibility notes help.

I'm building a PC with some compatibility notes... I don't know alot about PCs so should I just ignore them?

Fractal Design Core 1300 MicroATX Mini Tower Case has front panel USB 3.0 ports, but the MSI H81M-P33 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard does not have onboard USB 3.0 headers.

Some Intel H81 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Haswell Refresh CPUs.

The Fractal Design Core 1300 MicroATX Mini Tower Case supports video cards up to 380mm long, but video cards over 200mm may block drive bays. Since the XFX Radeon R9 280X 3GB Double Dissipation Video Card is 295mm long, some drive bays may not be usable

Also is it worth it to use a i5 4460 over the 4440 sense its not much more expensive and you get extra 100 mhz?
