Streaming pc

So I have recently got into streaming games in twitch and this is where the problem occurs. As soon as I start streaming my CPU (a8 5600k) goes straight to 100% usage. My FPS is usually when streaming at 60 FPSbut the stuttering from the CPU makes it look like 12 FPS. Here is what I'm I'm thinking of doing: Buying a Avermedia live gamer HD and putting it in my PC and at Christmas getting a new PC. Is what I'm doing a good thing or a waste of money/time.

Current PC:

CPU a8 5600k

GPU gigabyte r9 270

Ram 8gb of corsair vengence 1600

MOBO forgot

PSU cx500

1tb we black

And 120gb hyperx SSD

Any ideas for my next streaming/gaming build (around $1500 AUD) must have 8 cores. Thanks-Slyffer6

I'd go for an i7 such as the 4790 or 4790K instead of some AMD CPU, it will absolutely destroy even AMD's 8-core cpus.

I would not recommend a 8-core AMD processor and intel's one costs $1500 lol so I'll just do the best you can for $1500.

No the PC now is going to be replace and the new one is for both streaming and gaming. (My sister wants the old one)

dude that's a sick build thanks but I don't need a case cause my build now is in an air 540 and I'm gonna put the parts in my friends case. Cause he's selling it to me for half price but it has no scratches. And my new build is going in my air 540.
