Second GPU not working?

In Valley my second card showed at 450mhz, while the first card was at 1455mhz (or around there).

 

Tried to play games to test the fps yesterday I was getting around 320 fps with no drops, today the fps dropped to 160-200 fps in League of Legends. Is there a way to test how fast my second card is going to see if SLI is setup incorrectly?

Did you update your drivers lately? Updating drivers resets SLI.

I did indeed. Let me test valley again.

Make sure to re-enable SLI.

I've been told to set SLI rendering to either alternate frame 2 or Nvidia Recommended, is there a preferred one?

Go with the NVIDIA Recommended setting, which is the default.

Go with the NVIDIA Recommended setting, which is the default.

 

Didn't fix the fps, I tried lowering the settings & my fps stayed around 160.

 

Perhaps League doesn't support sli, going to change it's setting to Single GPU to test it.
