Hey guys, this is first time on the forums and I need some help. I know enough about PC's to know what's good or bad but I have no clue what to buy to build the best PC for the money. I have 1600 to buy a computer and monitor for the best gaming experience possible. All the brands and differences on PCpartbuilder are confusing me. If anyone with more experience can help that would be great. Thanks

I wish I had a really cool quote to put here

A wild former one-post wonder appears!

I'd recommend an i5-4690(K) and a GTX 970 for a good gaming experience. For PSUs, go with Seasonic or Antec, G.Skill and Corsair are great RAM makers, and Samsung makes awesome SSDs.

I would need an 1-7 though because I will also be doing YT and video editing

I wish I had a really cool quote to put here

If you're doing so on a very consistent basis, then yes, an i7-4790K (non-K if you don't plan to overclock) will benefit you greatly.

I added an i7 to the build i shared here , plus two 290s, cant go wrong with that build.
