So, I got a brand new pair of Logitech G930 wireless headsets and after taking it out of the package and installing all of logitechs software the connection to my computer is so bad I get a 50% packet lose and it reconnects and connects about every five seconds. I do live in a apartment complex with a lot of routers around me. Should I just return them or should I try something before I return them, has anyone else had this problem before?

Good to know, thanks was already going to do it was just thinking of trying to fix these one last time because it's a big hassle returning.

That's what I heard aswell, if they worked at all ha ha, probably won't ever buy logitech again was pretty disheartining that they were broken upon arrival.

Thats a shame logitech are one of my favourite companies, just gaming headsets are a big meh, had a g35 for ages but once you wear real headphones its night and day

I've noticed my wireless receive for the g930s gets some bad interference if I have another 2.4 GHz band device too close. I moved everything else to the back USB ports then left the 930 receiver as the lone device plugged into the front USB. It also freaks out if I have it in a USB hub. They are a really good headset once you figure out what the wireless is picky about.

It barely picks up the signal if it's inches away from the receiver so not sure what's up with that, if it's farther just forget it won't pick up anything..
