Hey idk if this the right sub forum but I have a question about led strips, are all of them rgb controllable? i have this white led strip from bitfenix and I looked online for rgb led strips and both of them has the same 4 pin design for the connector. Thanks!

Well if you mean that you want to change the colour of your LEDs then, no you can't.

most companies including my own use the RGB PCB (4 contact points) instead of the single colour PCB (2 contact points), I cannot speak for the other companies, but I use RGB PCB as it is wider so it helps spread the heat out so it can disperse quicker.

RGB strips = 3 Diodes (Red, Green Blue) in one housing and 4 contact points,  1 Red (Ground for red diode) 1 Green (Ground for green diode) 1 Blue (Ground for blue diode) and 12v power. The 3 grounds each have their own wire and can be adjusted for different colours.
Single colour strips = 3 Diodes (all the same colour of your choice) in one housing and 4 contact points I solder the contacts labeled RGB together so there is 1 Ground wire and 1 12v. but other companies keep them as 4 separate wires and then connect the 3 ground together in the end connector.
