So i dont know how to fully optimize a SSD and HDD storage solution and i need your help on what to put where, because im planning on upgrading to an Crucial MX100 256GB SSD and that leaves me with a WD Caviar Blue

System and programs on C drive which will be your SSD, the rest on HDD. Games that you frequently play and that load for long amounts of time (like battlefield) you can also place on the SSD if there is enough drive space left. It will not improve FPS but it will cut down on long loading times. :)

Hi there @BansheeDee!

 

I agree with the others - put your OS and most demanding apps on the SSD for faster loading, and use the HDD for storage (movies, music, pics etc.) and for the not-heavy programs you'll have.
