  1. I think around 3-4 months after the first upgrade, the GPU price is a good deal and its 2nd hand price, some people here stock used GPU's from I don't know where, so its not just 1 card, its pretty common to see that price so I wont miss out if I don't grab it now. you think I'll still get an FPS bump if I go with the platform upgrade?
  2. Sorry forgot to mention, I have a GTX 1650, if I do a platform upgrade it will cost around $579, and if I do the GPU and PSU upgrade it will cost around $410.
  3. Budget (including currency): budget is flexible, philippine peso Country: Philippines Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Id like to try some AAA games like Hogwarts legacy, and Spiderman Miles Morales, indie games like Hades, Sea of Stars Other details: I currently have a 9100F (4c/4t) and Im not sure which should I buy first. Should I upgrade my platform first, planning to buy AM5 Ryzen 7600, B650 Mobo, 32GB ddr5 or should I upgrade my GPU and PSU first, Im pretty set on a 6700 XT cause its only around $270 converted where I live. Just want to hear your guys opinions, Thanks! *edit - my current GPU is a GTX 1650
  4. Yeah I think now im leaning more towards going AM5, so in your opinion which should I upgrade first, CPU, Mobo, Ram or GPU, PSU first? I have a 9100F currently (4c/4t)
  5. The 5600 goes for $130 in my country and the 5800X3D goes for $360, and the motherboard im planning to buy is around $118. Thoughts on this knowing the price difference?
  6. I'm currently the i3 - 9100F and a RTX 1650, planning on upgrading my GPU to a RX 6700 XT and buying a 180Hz 1440p monitor but im still on the fence about upgrading to AM4 or AM5, I keep my computers for 5+ years without upgrading. If im going AM4 I only need to buy the CPU and new motherboard: Ryzen 5600 MSI B550M Pro VDH WiFi which will cost around $255 (converted to dollars, I live in the Philippines). But if I go AM5, ill have to buy CPU, Mobo, Ram: Ryzen 7600 MSI PRO B650M-A WIFI G.Skill Flare X5 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5-6000Mhz CL36 which will cost me around $579. I'm not super strict on the budget but I want some of your guys thoughts, is it still worth it to go AM4 and maybe upgrade to the 5800X3D down the line as my final upgrade, but im stuck on that platform. Or is it more logical to pay upfront now but have an upgrade path with 8th and maybe 9th generation ryzen.
