Give it more time, if it hasn't shipped after a week then you can come back and complain, but a day is much too soon.

 

 

 

Please be informed that our office is closed for 3 days for enhancements during 14~16 Jan. All operations will be resumed on coming Monday on 19 Jan.

 

That is from their homepage... I'd assume they are a bit behind on getting orders done if they were closed for 3 days.
