Full screen flicker

So I built my first gaming PC a few weeks ago. Over all the PC works great. But for some odd reason. My game allways flickers this blue tint when playing a game fullscreen. But when I switch to full screen wendowed w/o borders, it works great. Any ideas what I could do to fix it? I am running 2 EVGA Geforce 970 SSC in SLI, Gigabyte Z97X-Gaming 5 Mother board, intell i5 4790K cpu (I think) I know that its a late model K. And I have a BenQ RL2455HM monitor.

Are you able take a photo of this?

ON A 7 MONTH BREAK FROM THESE LTT FORUMS. WILL BE BACK ON NOVEMBER 5th.
