Does this work /does this bottleneck?

i3 with a R9 280X? Don't think so.

maybe look at getting 2 4gb sticks of ram cause i think its slightly faster for the cpu to use, however, an i3 2nd series with a 280x?!

look at something a bit higher spec or even a pentium cpu

if you're looking for a budget build, tell people the highest you're willing to spend and I'm sure someone could create a decent list for you
