Will this system bottle neck? Is there a better processor I can be using?

I'm only gaming things like watch dogs and a little 3d modelling

Should I go amd a10 7850k because of intel 1151 board this year?

Honestly I dont mind AMD and just think it's the underdog till they get the new apu is out.

I'm not sure about watchdogs, especially about further updates... since some of the high-end games like Far Cry 4 won't start if it doesn't detect at least 4 cores.

if you want the cheapest quadcore you can get, go with the AMD Athlon x4 860K, it is slower than the G3258 in single-threaded applications but almost equal in multi-threaded applications.

If I would be you, I'd go with the cheapest i5 on a Z97 mainboards, since you'll be able to upgrade it when new CPUs arrive.

That should be fine for most games, maybe not highest settings, but maybe medium-low 60 FPS for higher end games, such as the explained Watch Dogs, but it should run the "eSports F2P easy games" such as TF2, League of Legends, CS: Go. etc...

The lowest i5 is 4440,

Would a amd be worth it? Like the a10 7850k? I've seen a review and with a r9 270 and a10 7850k getting 80+ on bf4 on high

Would a i5 be that much better?

You would be wasting money if you're getting an apu to use it with a discrete GPU. Also an i5 is much much better than the a10, when paired with a discrete GPU.

In terms of build I would get an i3 at least since watch dogs runs very slow on two cores.
