I Bought the LG UM95 a few months ago and encounter this problem every once in a while. Sometimes changing the resolution will fix the lines but everything is distorted.

I'm wondering if it's the monitor or something else. I have a Gigabyte GTX 770 4GB using display port.

I think it's your GPU, try using intel onboard GPU

If the problem occurs then something happened to the panel
