Why does Windows Create These Folders?

I've Been curious why does windows create folders that have a bunch of random numbers ?

I believe that 90% off the time they are created by programs you install or upgrade/update and are not created by windows it's self

usually yes as those are probably temps

not sure. I think it depends on the software. think they are mostly temps files or left over files.

but I have had some games save files located in folders like these before too.

So you might want to check what are in the folders first.

i think those folders are created for .net installes or something alike
