Hello guys...I'm building a new high-end (pretty much) gaming rig, I've planned out the following setup - please let me know how this

would work while playing games such as Tom Clancy's Division, Battlefield 4, GTA 5, Watch Dogs etc. at maxed-out settings.

Intel Core i7-4790k processor @ 4.0GHz (upto 4.4GHz)

MSI Z97 Gaming 5 Motherboard

Western Digital (WD) Black 2TB Internal hard drive (WD2002FAEX)

Cooler Master K380 case

MSI NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 Gaming 4g 4GB GDDR5 graphics card

Corsair VS650 PSU (650 Watts)

Corsair H75 Liquid cooling system

Corsair Vengeance 16GB DDR3-1866 DRAM

HP 23FI LED Backlit LCD IPS Monitor

Anything else I need to get? I got the keyboard & mouse covered, i always use headphones for the sound department...but I need advice

with regard to what UPS/Powerbank I need to get? And any separate air cooling fan?

Also kindly point out any potential bottleneck I could encounter with my planned setup...and what I need to change in that case.

A huge thanks in advance!

Edit :- Please also suggest a good SSD...I won't be buying it now, after a few months perhaps, but it serves to know.

Get a Seagate Barracuda 2tb drive and a 256gb ssd.

Get a different case: NZXT S340, H440, Phanteks Enthoo Pro, Corsair Air 540, 450D, 760T, 230T, etc...

Get a Corsair H105 or NH-D15

8gb of ram is still plenty for gaming

I'd also get a better psu -- EVGA G2 750w

Some good ssd's:

Crucial MX100, M550, M500

Samsung 840 Evo/pro, 850 Evo/pro

Adata SP900

Corsair Force LX, Force LS

Sandisk Ultra 2, Extreme 2, Ultra Plus

Hey thanks for the reply mate.

But Ive heard Black is the best-forming one out there?

it's pretty close to barracuda and blue, but it definitely is the most overpriced.

And the coolers? Isn't the H75 enough? Please let if me know if it's not.

And would I require a separate air cooler fan like the Air Series 120 or 140mm ?

You'd be much better off with a 240mm+ AIO or a high end air cooler. So either a Corsair H105 (/some other 240mm AIO) or an NH-D15.

And no, you won't need to be any fans.

The Barracuda 2TB ST2000DM001 (7200rpm) should be fine, then?

Either that or the Caviar Green 2TB WD20EZRX

green is slow, barracuda is fast.

Moving a system to an ssd is a big job. Much less painful to start with an ssd. If you go with a Seagate Barracuda or WD Blue you may be able to fit an ssd into the budget. Since the ssd will be the boot & system drive, performance of the hdd has a virtually unnoticeable impact.

The power supply is not very good. A CX would be reasonable, a Seasonic, Superflower, XFX or Antec HCG would be better.

You will likely want to add a 120mm case fan on the bottom intake. The H75 would presumably mount on the rear. I am not sure how efficient it will be since the entire 120mm circumference is not open. You might want to consider a different case with better cooling options.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

Ok, so I've decided to go in for a Samsung 840 EVO 128Gb SSD as the primary drive, and the Barracuda 2Tb HDD.

How about the Antec VP650P SMPS for the power?

For now I'm not gonna change the case, will stick with the K380. I'll go for the Coolermaster SickleFlow X 120mm air cooling

fan...for the over clocked i7-4790k processor, how would the Corsair H80i be?

I am not familiar with the VP-650P but it is built by a reputable manufacturer and should be reasonably good.

H80i is a very good cpu cooler.
