Hey guys

I was recently contacted by someone that asked me the following :

Can I use 2 low end GPUs with one HDMI each, connect them to 2 Plasma Screens and clone the desktop ? Like use GPUs independently but clone ? I want to use them in Church to display PowerPoint Text Presentations, and want both screens, that only have HDMi input since they Plasma, not PC monitors, to display the same thing as they will be placed on either end of the Church Hall.

So can he ?

Thanks.

I don't know if that would work, but these are cheap enough and would definitely work, additionally reducing your number of GPUs to 1.

Can't buy anything online n that splitter not available here.

why not use a dvi to hdmi cable so you only need one gpu? but yea you can do it

I suggested that but he said he prefers direct HDMI rather than having to go through a converter...
