Hmm, I am not sure, but you could try and scan your pc with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and see if anything's up. Sounds strange that they suddenly get disabled after a few days.

I recently got the PC back after my dad sent it to go get fixed for malware and viruses.

Still can't hurt to scan to be honest. Was it a problem before it got sent in? And do you have other problems with the internet (since it says network error)?

After scanning with malwarebytes and deleting anything that might be found try and reset chrome: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/3296214?hl=en-GB

If you got the Windows disc you could just offload important data, wipe and fresh OS install, install AV, then transfer the data back.

No virus will live through that. Free performance 'boost' too  :D

All for $0 and done in few hours max.

This is actually my Dad's computer and I do not really want to download or do anything or he will get mad.

I have reset it already. Ever since that option on the top right, next to the main 3, my Chrome has not let me download extensions. It's the one that lets you sign in to a google account

The menu button with 3 horizontal lines? And I am not sure what you mean with "Ever since that option on the top right, next to the main 3, my Chrome has not let me download extensions" ? :-)

You should seriously try and scan with malwarebytes. Just download the free one from here: https://www.malwarebytes.org/

Boot sector viruses are still a thing, albeit rare, and it would live through a reinstall.
