killer internet slow

i have got killer Ethernet and it seams to be slow but when i click test network on killer network manager it speeds up has any one else got this problem any help would be grate.

I think your ISP just turns off the speed limiter every time you test your internet speed.

ISP stands for Internet Service Provider (basically the company who gives you Internet access). To me it looks like you've got a low-speed plan, but when you test your speed via their software, the speed limiter is turned off. It's a marketing trick, but you can abuse it.
