BF4 Stuttering Frame Rate.

So I recently picked BF4 for cheap and it is my first Battlefield game. I love the game, but sometimes the frame rate seems to stutter. Just randomly it seems like the game will skip a few frames. This can result in my gun not shooting. I recorded some gameplay which is attached here.  Pretty decent TDM game 27-6.

Recorded using shadowplay, 1080p 60fps, Ultra Settings (With 4X MSAA)

So what is going on? And how do I fix this?

Are you recording on the same drive where the game is installed? That could be the issue. Especially if it's the HDD in your system. I remeber trying to play BF4 (installed on a HDD) while also recording to that HDD with shadowplay, looked pretty similar.

Yes but it does it when im not to.

This is normal for bf4..... Or battle field in general... Think of it like rendering a movie scene. More action=more work.... That is why I usually optimize my settings for 80fps in most FPS games.... You can stare at a wall in a room in bf4 and get 130 fps but when a ship hits the beach and a heli explodes, it will dip... I wouldn't call going from 115->90 a stutter... I would suggest using Vsync to make sure it doesn't "stutter" changing large amounts of FPS... That stutter you see is just it changing from 120-90 fps... A dip.... if it was like 120-110 you wouldn't notice it..

Well, do you have the shadowplay feature running that lets you capture after the fact? When you press a button and the last 5 minutes or so get saved? Because that just records the game constantly.

Several different points, its pretty good gameplay if you do decide to watch it.

Just use adaptive V-sync your not really stuttering but just getting way to much fps and are noticing the drops.

Remove MSAA and please do get sweetfx.
