New too pc building need help

I just build my first pc, when I press the power on my case all the fans turn and I think everything is working so I spam f2 to get to my bios but I have yet to get there after trying countless times. My monitor says "no signal" when I turn it and my computer on, I need to get to the bios to install widows but I cant, I have tried HDMI and D-Sub and says No Signal. If anyone knows why this would happen and a fix please comment, thanks.

CPU: i5 4660

GPU:GTX 970

MOBO:ASROCK Extreme3 

RAM: 8GB HyperX Fury

SSD: Kingston Now 120GB

HDD: WD Blue 1TB

Is the cable plugged in around a bunch of USB ports, ethernet ports, or speaker jacks or is the plug horizontal near other DVI VGA HDMI and Display ports?

It could be faulty. Corrupt bios maybe? 

Try using the jumpers on the motherboard to reset the bios.

I fixed it I am new/stupid and had the hdmi plugged into my MOBO

That's allot more common than you would think it is. I built like 5 PCs for my friends, they move them around allot. Had told 4/5 that they connected it to the mobo like tards :/ The worse I had was when when turned on his pc and was wondering why there was no image as he was holding the hdmi cable in his hand.... 10/10 would kill their consoles again
