So I recently got my Corsair Vengeance K70 with cherry MX red switches and replaced the usual black WASD, 123456 with the red grip ones, i love this feature and was wondering if it is possible to get a red grip shift key?

Depends what sort of board you have.

 

UK layout is a 1.5 Unit. (ISO)

Most others are 2.25 Units for the Left shift and 2.75 for the right. (ANSI)

 

Pick the correct one for your board.
