Windows playback devices defulting

That works and the sound comes out of there.  But  then next time I turn on my computer it is changed back.

You could try clicking disable on that dropdown list. If you aren't using those speakers or headphones you could even try deleting them entirely from your list of playback devices.

So as you know windows defaults to your default playback device for sound every time you launch your pc.  So how do you change that device.  Basically, everytime I launch my pc the sound tries to come out "Speakers Razer Surround Audio Controller"  I now have a pair of USB headphones so they show up as there own device in the Playback devices area, how do I make my PC launch with them as the default sound device?  I am on Win7

You should be able to just right click on the desired playback device and select "Set as default device" from the dropdown menu.

I disabled them.  I will tell you after next time I restart my computer if that works ;)

I haven't turned off my computer yet and I am working on school.  But thankfully I have the chrome extension so i got my desktop notification
