Identical Monitors, different refresh rates?

So, I have the Asus VX238 Monitor, and recently bought another one to go along side it. The original monitor is amazing and i love it, but the second monitor is different? I use this to test the stuttering http://i.kinja-img.com/gawker-media/image/upload/t_original/vkz7t5mur1ay0z3f20nq.gif

On monitor #1 the 50fps bar looks smooth, on Monitor #2, 50fps it stuttering like the 25fps does on monitor #1.

Anyone know why? Both are set to 60hz in Windows Screen Resolution

which outputs of your GPU did you use?

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

Currently Dvi on gpu hdmi on monitors, but im going to get 2 Hdmi cables as soon as i can. Think thats the problem?

not sure if that could be the problem

grab the DisplayPort Hub so that you can connect your monitors to one output

Every one that ive seen is like $100+

it because they are active displayport hubs they have complicated circuits inside

they split the digital signals from displayport to triple HDMI
