Hey everyone! Can anyone explain me this?

Here is my spec:

CPU: Intel core i5-4670k

Ram: Corsair vengeance 8Gb ( 2x4Gb)

Mobo: Asus Maximus Formula vii

GPU: Asus strix GTX970 sli

PSU: Corsair axi 860

When i play AC Unity, i got stuttering every 3 seconds even though my FPS is 50-60. But when i set CPU to dedicated Physx, the stuttering disappere. Should it be the other way around? :S

And i got increase in FPS in Watch Dog and Rome ii: total war when switching CPU to dedicated Physx. Does anyone know why?

It's Unity. There's nothing you can do, the game sucks. Blame Ubisoft. I've dealt with the issue myself as well.

Wishing leads to ambition and ambition leads to motivation and motivation leads to me building an illegal rocket ship in my backyard.

Beneath this mask there is more than flesh. Beneath this mask there is an idea, Mr. Creedy, and ideas are bulletproof.

As I get older I get angrier more cynical, meaner. I feel some warning posts coming. I feel a ban coming. I was warned.
