Weird coil whine

Go to solution Solved by Eterman,

PSU:Corsair CS750M 750W
GPU: R9 280
CPU: AMD FX 8350
RAM : HyperX blu 8Gb
MOBO: GA-990FX-UD3

Edit:
I noticed that CPU cooler was way too tight or at least it seemed like that. Decided to loosen the screws holding it, whining is now way more quieter even while playing games. I'll try and loosen it a little bit more maybe that was causing the problem. Temperatures stayed the same on CPU

Edit#2:
Coil whine is still bad in Bf4 but other games are OK now it seems it's coming out of the PSU.... Do I have to change it for something better? Or leave it as it is and just ignore the whining and buzzing? Because now it's not that bad like it was before. And might that buzzing/whining be harmful to any of my components or may it cause/be a sign of failing PSU?

So recently my GPU or MOBO started whinig while moving my mouse around (on desktop) and in games it's getting worse and i don't know why this is happening. :((
I got my PC few months ago self built, changed CPU cooler 3 days ago and thats when it started whining :/ Maybe new cooler is the problem? Please answer ASAP :C
