Hey guys,

As I'm new to building a PC and ordering online from the internet, I have some question I need to know:

I live in Middle East, yesterday when I contacted MyUs Customer Support they told me that I can pay the shipping fees for MyUs online through MasterCard. However, they told me that I have to pay the delivery worker the customs taxes, I need help about this?

My Overall PC will cost Approx. = 2500$ << IDK If this helps. If you don't know the taxes, could you please give me just an Approx.?

You could try using a duty calculator. Should give you a decent view on what it should cost. It's not entirely accurate as things can change.

The shop is speaking about your country tax not his, you can check Skyfire's link but it might not be accurate depending on your country habits. Best thing is to ask someone who bought a PC like you and see what they have paid if you can find any.

when I've ordered stuff from the states (was sometime ago) , I was contacted when the stuff landed and informed how much tax I would have to pay and was confirmed it pass customs.

- this was for racing components for cars

for your case to company most likely wont ship it unless you have insurance taken out on it since its quite easy to break

Its all about those volumetric clouds

@Skyfire @R001 I don't know what is the insurance cost, can you please give me (at least) approximately cost for the whole build? I will really appreciate it. Thanks

Every country has different tax/customs fees, could be zero (or close to it), ask the seller about shipping and insurance I can't guess that, the amount that you should use in dutycalculator.com is the total amount you will be paying to the seller to get the PC to your door, if there is insurance then it is included in shipping fees, just put zero if you have no number or remove it from shipping fees (if you know it) and put it in insurance field.

yes as an example there was / is a tax free threshold in australia of buying things under $1000, so if you brought something under that you didn't get tax

Its all about those volumetric clouds
