Can someone here please explain to me what is a 80 plus power supply. I am currently using an 80 plus bronze for my build. (check out my other post) What is the differnce between bronze gold sliver, plat 80 plus. Any help appreciated thank you.

A power supply that has at least 80% energy efficiency at various load levels...and some other stuff

It's efficiency, how much wattage is pulled from the wall when a certain amount is pulled from the PSU itself.

Efficiency means that for example you're pulling 80W from the PSU, at 80% efficiency, 100W will be drawn from the wall, and the other 20W will be dissipated as heat.

80+ means the PSU will achieve at least 80% efficiency at any given time or load above 20%.

80+ Bronze means at least 82% efficiency at any given time/load above 20%

80+ Silver means at least 88% efficiency at any given time/load above 20%

80+ Gold means at least 87% efficiency at any given time/load above 20%

80+ Platinum means at least 90% efficiency at any given time/load above 20%, technically "90 Plus"

80+ rating should not be used to determine the quality of a power supply relative to others of the price bracket. How good your PSU is depends on what model it actually is.
