Disable integrated graphics in the BIOS.

So..you're putting from your iGPU, and not your discrete card?

yes I'm using the igpu to drive the monitor and the 670 for in game graphics. 

That's the issue there.

only an issue in this game. i use the same setup playing the witcher 2 and it detects the 670 just fine
