However, i found out that getting a good PSU in my country (Philippines can be difficult). I found this one however...

The Antec VP550P V2 550W Power Supply or The THermaltake SMART SE 530W modular 14cm fan 87% efficiency.which is good and will 550/530w be enough?

550w will be plenty -- even for two 970s. I would however get a different psu -- what are your choices? 

 

BTW, you don't need an aftermarket cooler for that cpu -- the only reason to get one is if the stock cooler is too lodu for you.

I would avoid that PSU personally. Try to go for something 80+ bronze or better.

There is the aerocool strike X 600w 80+ bronze and a seasonic eco 600w psu into consideration.
