so ive been looking into buying an Avermedia live gamer portable to record footage from my xbox 360 and i have a little bit of an issue and i was wondering if anybody had any personal experience with it and could help me out. The highest spec laptop i have in my house to record to is a dell netbook with a 1st gen intel atom @1.6 GHz and 2Gb of RAM. the laptop is technically below the minimum requirements (2.8Ghz C2D and 4Gb Ram), but i was thinking that since all the encoding is done on the card, the PC wouldn't really have to do much except write the data to the ssd (i installed a 330 series awhile ago to speed it up). so i was wondering if anybody had any personal experience with the software and could tell me if i could get away with using the netbook as the recording laptop?
