Hello. I want to overclock my gigabyte 650 GPU  to squeeze out a bit more out of my video card. Im using MSI afterburner and for stress test im using MSI kombustor 3. Oh and yea here are my hardware specs.

Motherboard- ASUS H97M-E

CPU- Intel i5-4460

RAM-4GB 1333 MHz

Video card- Geforce gigabyte 650 factory oc

Hard drive- 1000 gigabytes seagate

I watched a video on overclocking a 650 video card with the afterburner but an older version but i dont know maybe i should have raised the core voltage or something otherwise i only raised the core clock to +50 MHZ and the memory clock +100 MHZ. I tried then core clock +100MHZ and the memory clock +200MHZ but after that my monitor started to glitch blue..... stuff showed up and the response slowed terribly but after a few seconds things became the same as they were but i better lowered the clock speed to that i wrote at the beginning. Can  someone help me out so that i could understand how can i overclock my video card correctly. Ah and under the stress test for the specs at the beginning were 61 degrees celsius.
