Cpu fan or Case fan

So im planning to upgrade my cpu cooling system and i saw this http://www.deepcool.com/product/cpucooler/2014-05/7_869.shtml its on sale here in my place and its very cheap, im using it in my a8 6600k cpu is this cooler good?? 

 

Oh and one more question what should i upgrade 1st case fan or cpu fan?? im using a CM n200 it has 2 mounted fan and 2 empty fan slot

What is your current cpu cooler? If it is decent right now, you can do a few case fans, if it isn't cpu cooler would come first

Unless you plan to go insane, the Hyper 212 evo is very good for its price, then there is the noctua nh-d15. And those are air cooled versions. No real requirement to go water cool.
