Buy the PC and wait until the game comes out before you make any changes to the system. When you play it, if you're not getting the performance you want at the settings you would much rather play at, then upgrade.

Just make sure to make a post here or ask a computer literate friend for advice before you do so.

1.doing SLI will not give you more then 4-10 frames coz SLI or Xfire increase the VRAM not performance

2. i7 3770K can handle any game released till date very easily

3. its better to sell 660 ti to someone else like you finding another :D  and buy 280X or 290 or 960 as your said .

CPU: i7 4790K | Ram:Corsair Vengeance 8GB | GPU: Asus R9 270 | Cooling :Corsair H100i | Storage : Intel SSD, Seagate HDDs | PSU : Corsair VS 550 | Case: CM HAF Advanced.
