That could literally be anything, from one clean out to like 50, it depends on how many fans you have, what heatsinks you've got, how big the case is, how dusty it is, etc etc, there's no real measurement beyond trying it.

if you wanted a bench mark of how long it lasts you would 

testing it upright all depends on room temp, how you holding the can, how warm your hand is etc.
