TF2 character (and player) model issue

The faces look purple with black stripes.

Need some help restoring them to the plain green they were before (in non-public servers (when i make a server) this does not show purple-black but green like it should). Pic 3 illustrates the problem.

Not my hardware. (It is receiving enough, this is not artefacting).

I can delete the material folder within my customHUD folder but the whole point is to have bright heads to make headshots easier (this is legit).

try reinstalling - that looks like a missing texture

Did already. The issue is prevalent only in public servers.

I fixed it, i had to change mat_phong to 0...weird. Anyway, here is my other, more pressing issue:

I fixed it I simply installed another HUD
