Shield cannot detect to Desktop

I could get it to work while at home, but not now I'm back at uni. The automated search generates no results and when I go to manually search for the PC, whether it's using the ethernet cable or wireless (or both), cannot find it having tried the IPv4 address and both IPv4 DNS Servers and the IP shown by Google (which matches up with none of the other 3 (which one am I supposed to use, for future reference).

Any thoughts on how to fix it other than going to see the IT techs?

I've had issues like this as well in the past. If the previous suggestion doesn't solve your problem, then I would suggest completely reinstall Geforce Experience, as that's what always solves it for me, regardless of how annoying it can be.
