Can't boot from my RAID 0 array after loading optimized defaults

I reloaded the optimized defaults to my X99 Deluxe, and after heading back into the BIOS to reconfigure the SATA controller back to RAID, am unable to boot from the two SSDs I've installed Windows onto. When trying to create an array in ASUS's EZ Tuning, the drives still show up as a RAID 0 array, however, and with the name I previously gave them. But nothing is being detected as a bootable device.

Ctrl+i also doesn't show up anymore during boot so I can't check the status of my RAID arrays.

What's happened? I'm completely lost here.

Can you even select the RAID in your boot drive menu or doesn't it show up there too?

Nothing is detected as a bootable device in the boot drive menu, but when I look at my RAID arrays in Advanced\Intel Rapid Storage Technology\RAID VOLUME INFO, both my RAID 0 (OS) and RAID 1 (backup) arrays look in perfect shape and are displayed as bootable devices!
